Overview

At Harvested LLC, we offer a 30-day refund window for unused services purchased through harvested.life. If 30 days have elapsed since your service booking confirmation, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:
  • Unused Services: The photography package, retouching service, or product customization must remain uninitiated (e.g., no remote shoot guidance provided, no draft edits delivered).
  • Cancellation Notice: Written request (via email to fine@harvested.life) must be submitted within 30 days of booking.
Non-Refundable Services:
  • Services partially or fully completed (e.g., delivered edited images, finished brand visual assets).
  • Customized physical products (e.g., printed photo books, branded merchandise) once production begins.
  • The $9.9 pre-booking consultation fee, which is non-refundable but applicable towards your final invoice.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:
  • Service In Progress: If work has started (e.g., draft edits sent, shoot guidance provided), we will refund 50% of the service cost upon cancellation.
  • Late Returns: For requests received 31–45 days after booking, a 25% refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email fine@harvested.life within 30 days, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Review & Approval: We will assess your request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision.
  3. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping & Liability

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Lost Returns: We recommend using tracked shipping for high-value items; Harvested LLC is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
