Overview

This policy applies to physical products (e.g., photo albums, framed prints, custom merchandise) ordered through Harvested LLC’s services.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days after artwork approval.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (domestic U.S. only).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via FedEx 2Day (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • **Orders under $50**: $8.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
  • Orders $50–$99.99: $5.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
  • Orders $100+: Free standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: A flat fee of $19.99 applies, regardless of order value.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping; expedited options may not be available for these addresses.

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement. After this period, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days. We will initiate a trace and either resend the item or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For damaged products, email fine@harvested.life within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
  • For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Harvested LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
