Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing photography services from harvested.life (operated by Harvested LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email, booking receipt, or service contract serves as official acceptance of this agreement.

Billing Terms

  • One-Time Service Model: All services (remote shoots, image retouching, brand visual creation) are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no subscription fees, automatic renewals, or ongoing charges.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as harvested.life.
  • Pre-Booking Fee: A non-refundable $9.9 consultation fee secures your service slot and is applied towards the final invoice if the booking proceeds. If canceled, this fee is retained.

Checkout Requirements

To complete your service booking:
  1. Check the mandatory checkbox stating: “I have read, understood, and agree to Harvested LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

Failure to check the box will prevent order submission.

Service Delivery

  • Remote Shoots: Clients receive 10–15 professionally retouched images and raw files within 7 business days of shoot completion.
  • Retouching Services: Includes two rounds of free revisions; additional edits incur a $15 fee per round.
  • Physical Products: Customized items (photo books, prints) have a production timeline of 2–4 weeks, excluding shipping.

Intellectual Property

  • Client-provided images remain the property of the client. Harvested LLC retains copyright to creative edits, visual assets, and custom designs unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • We may use anonymized project samples for promotional purposes, such as portfolio displays on our website or social media.

Limitation of Liability

Harvested LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost business opportunities, missed events) arising from service delays, technical issues, or client dissatisfaction. Our maximum liability per claim is limited to the total service fee paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of King County, Washington.
